Attorney Kim Keheley Frye is a July, 2012 graduate of the National Criminal Defense Trial Practice Institute held on the campus of Mercer Law School in Macon, GA. This 2 week intensive trial course is taught by renowned criminal defense attorneys from across the United States. Lawyers, dedicated to providing the best defense to the citizen accused, give of their valuable time every summer to teach willing and eager lawyers battle-honed techniques to improve their persuasion in every type of serious case such as murder, robbery, and sex crimes. With 46 jury trials prior to attending, Kim was assigned to an elite group of experienced defenders which garnered the most experienced of instructors to share new and ingenious methods to share the stories of our clients. Entry into this highly competitive institute is by way of nomination and application only.

Courses included lectures in Jury Selection, Themes and Theories, Opening argument, Cross Examination, Closing argument and Appeals. Intensive hands on performance classes included real actors to play the parts of witnesses in trials. All performances were critiqued by staff, actors and fellow group participants.
