Russel’s Story Transcript

I reached out to Frye Law Group because I was falsely accused of a very serious crime. I ended up getting a phone call from this detective. He wanted me to come downtown to pay a visit. 
He interrogated me before you knew I was walking out in the Hancuffs. I ended up going to jail that night. Somehow I went from one charge to two charges and both those charges amounted to 25 years each. My heart dropped, the jury could get it wrong. You’re putting 50 years of your life on the jury in people that you don’t even know, people that don’t know you and they have to get to know your entire life and what really happened in a matter of days. 
That was my biggest fear. I knew, as soon as I got that piece of paper when I walked out of the hill and I saw my charges, that I needed an attorney and not just any attorney I needed a good one. I told myself that I would not go to prison. 
I would be able to see my family ever again. I was gonna end my life. Kim made me feel very comfortable and I completely opened up to Kim and told her everything. 
I just got really emotional because I knew that it’s the way that she was talking to me. I knew that she cared. They were just there for me. 
They answered every single question that I had. You want a lawyer who’s gonna be honest and truthful with you throughout your entire case and Kim was 100% honest with me the entire time. She told me when times were gonna be tough, it wasn’t gonna be easy, but it was gonna be okay. Working with Kim I have absolutely no regrets at all. She will not back down, she’ll get the job done.
