Emily McPhail serves as an Intake Associate at Frye Law Group, where she is often the first point of contact for individuals navigating one of the most stressful moments of their lives. A Canton, Georgia native, Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Kennesaw State University in 2024. Driven by a passion for continued growth, she went on to earn her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Georgia in 2025, bringing both academic dedication and a genuine commitment to helping others to her role on the team.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys cooking, baking, crocheting, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills every football season.
