Jennifer’s Story Transcript

I was leaving work and I was in a car accident. The car tipped over on its side. The airbags came out and I had a concussion. I was scared, startled, but the officer thought that I was intoxicated. 
He pulled me over to the side, asked me what happened. He wanted me to do a field sobriety test, which I couldn’t really do, but I had not been drinking. I was not even a mile from my office when this happened. 
I’ve never really been in any kind of trouble. I was arrested and taken to a detention center. That was very humiliating. 
It was scary. I mean, I didn’t know what was gonna happen. How long am I gonna be here? It was horrible. The legal system, that’s a whole different ball game and I didn’t know how to navigate that. I’m very thankful for Kim. 
She definitely leveled the playing field. If I had called Kim, I probably would have walked away with the record. After she took my case, I had peace that everything was going to be okay. 
She’s very confident and she’s very good at what she does and so I knew she would do what she needed to do. The outcome of my case was dismissed. All the records were expunged. I’m very grateful for Kim. I mean, that could have turned out so different. I would say a million times over, call Kim. 
I can’t imagine that she would fight for anybody less than she fought for me.
